During this session, we will utilize the concept of “Self and parts”, two foundational principles of IFS to explore what it means to build a compassionate relationship between our inner spiritual Self and the many parts of us, including the ones noted above. We will look at the concept “Self and parts” through both an IFS and a spiritual lens and focus on how Jesus’s love for us can influence the relationship we have with our parts.
